Jeffrey Moore is a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton currently serving as the United States Marine Corps Team Lead within the Economic Business Analysis Natural Team.  He has over eleven years of professional experience working as a cost analyst both within the government and now at Booz Allen Hamilton. He has experience in performing cost estimating and analysis for the defense industry.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from West Virginia University and a Masters degree in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst.

Jeffrey has been an active SCEA participant for many years including attendance at the annual SCEA conferences, both presenting and acting as track chair.   Most recently he has served as the Washington chapter secretary for the last two years.
