Jeanne White

Washington Area Chapter Secretary

Jeanne White is a Senior Cost Analyst at SAIC, and has over 20 years experience in cost analysis and economic modeling for the defense and transportation industries. Early in her career, she developed a resource allocation optimization model to assign time slots to air carriers at congested airports.  She currently supports the Office of the Secretary of Defense as the cost analysis liaison between organizations within Program Analysis and Evaluation. Jeanne has performed cost analysis to support many other offices within the Department of Defense including the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency, the Naval Air Systems Command, the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army/ Army Cost and Economics, the Joint Strike Fighter Cost IPT, and the Office of Air Force Reserve.  She earned her BS degree in Mathematics Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a MS degree in Operations Research at The George Washington University. Jeanne uses her extensive background in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis to provide improved methodologies for estimating cost and funding requirements.

Jeanne is a SCEA certified cost analyst and participates regularly in Washington Chapter meetings.
